TasteThey say, "taste cannot be disputed". I agree because an image just won't listen ;-) Project Sicily
SilenceI love the way an image tells its stories with thousands of words but no voice. All in silence. The goalMy ultimate goal and thus the biggest endeavor is an image printed on a huge sheet of fine art gallery paper and beautiful framed on the wall. Simplicity was never my intentionI'm getting bored eventually of simplicity in an image. That's why I'm trying to bring complex scenes and stories into my art, so I can look at them over and over again. Fine ArtFine art is pure. It has no purpose other than being art, being beautiful. Take your time and release your thoughts into the image's scenery. Read it. Feel it. Feel the impression I had when I looked through the finder. Black and WhiteI love the surrealism of black and white images. During the mastering process I'm able to create my own interpretation of the colored original. A transformation of the image's expression and statement. PeopleThere is nothing more incomparable than one human personality to another. Like MusicPhotography is not very different from writing and producing a song. There is an idea, a story you want to tell, but instead of notes, you use light to express it. You find the perfect soloist for your composition and the scenery will be background ensemble. The camera does the recording and retouching finalizes the perfect composition of the moment, as the mastering finalizes the song. PhotographyMy personal choice to compose art, to capture a scenery and to express a moment. HasselbladThe X1D II 50C is my tool of choice. The image quality is just beyond impressive. Project Ruegen
